What are your business hours?

We are open Tuesday-Friday 12pm-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. 

Please allow 72 hours (3 days) for a response for text messages and emails. 


How long does shipping and processing usually take?

Unfortunately due to the circumstances of COVID-19 and postal service delays, our normal processing and shipping time frame has changed. All shipping and processing time takes approximately 7-14 business days (excluding Sundays and Mondays). Once your products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number and an arrival date by email.


What if I put the wrong address, how can this mistake be corrected? 

We will have to cancel your order and you will have to place an order under the correct address. We do not ship to any other address that is not on file in our records.
